Cryoablation is an innovative therapeutic method to treat pain that uses the effects of very low temperature to temporarily interrupt sensory functions in certain structures of the nervous system. On 9 September, EuroPainClinics specialist MUDr. Peter Lenčéš, conducted a professional seminar on this topic for the University Hospital with the F. D. Roosevelt Polyclinic at Banská Bystrica.

Medical seminar on cryoablation treatment in Bardejov At the end of August, a one-day seminar for external physicians was held at EuroPainClinics in Bardejov under the leadership of Róbert Rapčan, MD, PhD, MBA, FIPP, Medical Director of EuroPainClinics. Its aim was to introduce them to the state-of-the-art cryosurgery equipment for minimally invasive cryoablation procedures.

The effective treatment method for managing pain of various anatomical structures using the special neurointerventional technique of cryoablation  was presented by MUDr. Michal Adam, the head physician at EuroPainClinics Brno, during a medical seminar at the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc. 

From 18 March there will be a series of e-learning webinars for the professional public on cryoablation denervation in the treatment of pain in joint structures will be held under the auspices of the Pain International School an international educational institution. The webinar on the use of the method for the SI joint will be led by MUDr. Róbert Rapčan, PhD, MBA, FIPP, Medical Director of EuroPainClinics.
